Time to kick start the weekend with the sweetest collab in Hackney at the moment - Eat 17 and Fraise Sauvage. The foodie twosome have joined in holy matrimony for their temporary Pop Upstairs menu, held upstairs (duh) at Eat 17 on Brooksby's Walk. The E17 guys take over the savoury half of the menu - think smoked eel pie or Szechuan lamb with ginger compote - while Fraise Sauvage (also behind the legendary Happy Endings supperclub) serve up delights like Tres Leches cake with rosemary crumble or chocolate saucy pudding with sweetcorn ice cream. Dinner service runs from 6pm until 10pm, and it's also taking place on Saturdays too. Book a table here.
Although someone needs to tell the weather, spring time has actually arrived, and Italian supper club Veneti are celebrating with an April feast upstairs at Palm 2 in Clapton. It's a menu stuffed with Venetian flavours; from the Aperol spritz, stuffed olives and crostini to start through to the duck egg, pesto and asparagus salad, a wild rabbit pappardelle ragu and for dessert, frozen zabaione. Tickets cost £40 from here and the dinner bell rings at 7.30pm.

Making up one of the most niche supperclubs we've heard of in a while, The Floating Showroom's Carine goes back to her roots to cook up a delicious Matango meal - Matango being a wine made from palm trees, if you didn't know. It'll be a three-courser celebrating traditional West African dishes that have been handed down from generation to generation. The dinner costs £32 from here and you'll need to be onboard the boat by Victoria Park at 6pm.
